How do I use CBD paste?
Many people find it appropriate to start slowly the first few days. Paste is pure extract so start with a dose equivalent to a small grain of rice, if the desired effect is not achieved the volume can be increased subsequently until the desired effect is achieved. In this way you gradually find the right dose.
Remember to turn the container counterclockwise after use. This will relieve the pressure in the container and stop the paste from flowing out of the tube.
