Organic Biodynamic hemp tea

Enjoy a wonderful biodynamic hemp tea, carefully handpicked, sorted and dried on Bornholm. This hemp tea is made from the dried leaves of EU-approved industrial hemp, which do not have euphoric properties.

Hemp has a high content of natural cannabinoids, antioxidants, minerals, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc.

With its mild, slightly spicy taste, hemp tea is perfect as a lunch or evening tea - or simply for a quiet moment. Brew it by pouring boiling water over it and letting it steep for 10-12 minutes. Take time to enjoy a moment of peace and contemplation.

Tea sommelier Alicia Gentili describes the hemp tea as a clean and well-balanced tea with medium body and slight bitterness without being astringent. Tasting notes include freshly ground pepper and marjoram, with a lively, slightly cooling aftertaste. The fragrance offers hints of lemon, thyme, bay leaves, marjoram, citra hops and pine.

Hampete can also be enjoyed as a delicious cold brew in the summer. Mix 2 teaspoons of tea with 225 ml of cold water and let it steep for 24 hours. The result is a clear, golden drink with sparkling particles and a full-bodied taste, where notes of lemongrass, fresh thyme and a slightly peppery aftertaste come to the fore.
